Yesterday Microsoft released a new version of System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Toolkit – https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50012
I think this version will support ConfigMgr 2012 R2 and vNext.

A new version of ConfigMgr Technical Preview was released a few hours ago – System Center Configuration Manager and Endpoint Protection Technical Preview 4. An information about new features is not published yet.

CU2 for SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 and SCCM 2012 SP2
Cumulative Update 2 for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SP1 and System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2 was released a few hours ago and contains a lot of fixes.
